Toolwire is thrilled to announce that its new AI platform “Spaces Learning LXP for Contact Centers” will debut at Customer Contact Week (CCW) this June 20-23, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Spaces Learning is an AI-Powered Learning & Development Solution allowing collaborative learning sessions to take place and be recorded for convenient playback by the learner at the time of need, sandbox systems training environments, the Netflix-style carousel of self-paced support content, and much more that will bring employees up to speed faster, more engaged, and ready for production.

Partnering with Avaya, Toolwire will showcase the “Spaces Learning LXP for Contact Centers” platform in Pavilion 4 at Caesars Forum. The Toolwire team will be on hand all day on Wednesday, June 22nd and Thursday, June 23rd in the Expo Hall to answer questions and arrange one-on-one meetings.
